Hi Eric,
You'll be able to expect a report on the Tuesday Pro races, as well as daily forum updates of the top-10s immediately after the karts cross the line, full daily race reports, paddock notes and a developing photo gallery that David will likely add to throughout the week. David left late last night and will be at the track today as festivities get underway. _________________ Rob Howden

About 110 racers are entered with 300 total entries a possibility. The track is busy right now with most drivers out on the track in the open practice.
Why aren't you here? _________________ David Cole

A few pit notes:
A couple drivers have made the way West from WKA land. Brent Harper and Bernie Adamson are on hand for the week. Harper will be running both shifter and rotax while Bernie has his stock moto after arriving late today due to missing a connection flight through Cincy.
From north of the border, BRC Engineering Riley Will has his BRC Twin-cylinder Superkart. On his outlap however, he had a stuck throttle but safely got the engine and kart stopped.
Most of the names are from the California and Oregon and Washington. THe high counts are in the shifter, TaG, and World Formula classes with all categories running for the prestigious IKF Duffy.
The ET Racer category, open to nearly all types of karts, have opened up some creative designs. A twin-engine World Formula, a Laydown World Formula, and other unique kart/engine combinations will be running during the new class.
I'll have a photo gallery and a breif recap of the pro races later tonight. _________________ David Cole

Have the Kurpiewski's had Gavin's old Anderson/FPE out on the track yet? This will be its first outing since winning the 2007 USKGP. _________________ Mark Jauregui

The weather is perfect I believe Hegars both hit something on the track. I'll have a photo of the tires later in the gallery. No motor seizures, just mechanical issues for the pro races today. _________________ David Cole
