Official SKUSA SuperNationals XI Discussion

Hello EKN viewers,

It’s that time again…in less than two weeks, Super Sunday will be upon us once again as the Superkarts! USA SuperNationals will get ready to kick off the eleventh edition of the biggest karting events in North America outside Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas. With many big names becoming confirmed for the event, EKN has decided to begin the official discussion early.

SKUSA SuperNationals XI is set to begin on track November 14 and continue until the main events on Sunday, November 18. EKN will begin its official event coverage on November 12 with an event preview, followed up with a look at each class heading into the event before the EKN Trackside Live coverage begins.

I can't wait to get there. Coming to watch this year Fri-Sun. Top notch racing during the day and um -- a lot of fun stuff at night.

Can't wait to see the fastest Euro guys compete with our guys head to head on a neutral ground.

Why has Skusa not posted a listing of all the drivers entered for the different classes?

I am so stoked for next week. Monday and Tuesday I have off from school, probably ride my bike up there and watch them build the track. Then Wendesday through friday I have to be "out of town" wink wink, not able to attend school. Laughing

This could very well be the biggest and most prestigious kart race in North America since the 1996 North American Karting Championship. I haven't race at the SuperNats since my first time in 2000...so stoked to be doing it again. The talent this year is insane!

Hello to all

I just wanted to say team CHAMPION RACING/INTREPID has been testing for the last week with several drivers and A. Mannetti and J. Iglesias Factory INTREPID pilots are here at Oklahoma Motorsports Complex testing as well getting ready for the Super Nats.......We cant wait.

Andy,
you are right, they must be feeling like crap, not even having their name mentioned by the team boss. That shows a lot of confidence. Hey, if they feel they need to bring in factory drivers, don´t announce it and make our drivers feel like they don´t stand a chance.
I can imagine how all our North American drivers must be feeling, besides Vorrath and Velez.
The incentives to go to LV, especially in Super Pro have always been the bragging rights (who is the best North American driver) and the $ 10,000. Well, most likely the best North American driver will not be a North American after all.
This looks more like a European Championship.
But hopefully one of our guys will do the trick!! Our drivers are just as good as the Euros. They all know how to drive:
Vorrath
Velez
Carlton
Giebler
Speed
etc.

How does that work now that the top European champs are running with the Factory Teams in the U.S.A. for the Skusa event.Do you still go with your Trusted drivers that have been with you through the season or do you present them with option B.?.This is the current list of drivers i see that are being mentioned but dont really know how it affects the current U.S.A. based team drivers.For you guys that run the stars events in the super pro class i think you all know who is who.
