| Any idea when the full results will finally get posted on MyLaps so we can see how everyone in each class did? |

I would guess when it's official. By the comment above, looks like some things happened in post tech.

I feel bad for RC, but gotta race until you see the checker. And remember the white flag is just a nice cortesy flag. I've seen where the flag man forgot to use it.

Rob and Dave,
You made many karting lovers very happy with your updates. Thanks.
I have put some numbers together:
The first graph is Total numbers of karts divided by manufactured that entered the race.
The second graph is podium finishes.
Because some of the manufacturers don't make a DD2 Kart, I did not count the DD2 Podium. But it looks like the Arrow and the 2 brothers dominated.

Gary,
I agree with you 100%, you must always race until you are absolutelly sure you see the checker flag.
Now taking in concideration that the starter made a HUGE mistake and we are dealing with 8 to 12 year old kids, it is just not right. _________________ Andre Martins

I completely agree with Gary here. If this were Sr's, even Jr's for that matter... a mistake like that, by the racer, would be his or her own fault. However, with the kiddos, the flagman has a bit more responsibility to get things right. In my opinion, the starter made an unforgiveable error and it has left one young racer crushed. This should not happen in any class... especially minis. This was nationals after all. One would think the starter would have his or her sh*t together.
Just my two cents.

yes the sr. final finsihed on slicks until the rain started o fall again and they red flagged it and called it. the week was full of terrible calls from the officials. the whole 30 minute repar was a joke and the final decision to call it even though they announced we had to make a decision betwen drys and wets. even though it started raining the race should have finished and everyone should have had to live with the decisions they made.
unfortunately cameron was dq'd. not sure for what or if it has the potential to be overturned. but cameron drove an awesome race and i was pretty bumed out to hear he wasnt going.

One of the Gillards was actually a Shockwave. They rented it from us at the event for their MiinMax. _________________ Doug |

I would like to thank the people at the track for all of their hospitality. The Track has been one of the best run tracks we have been to.
Thanks to all that came by the tent to congratulate then console Cameron and all of us. Cameron handeled it better than the rest of us.
The DQ was for an oil seal that was inverted upon instalation. no performance advantage of any sort.
Good luck to all of the US team wish we were going with you.
