Been there and done that!!!! Make it a 2 bearing with central brake disk. Also, make the engine mount rails 92mm.
It will handle better as a 2 bearing..... _________________ Riley Will

| Do you find it handles better when the rear is softer? Do you run on green tracks or grippe in tracks? |

Kart fealt like a Rotax DD2, very planted in the back. Track was clean but green...Sticky tires....So yes, it is VERY planted (read too planted) in the back.....2 bearings was an improvement, next was softer axles and such.
I made custom mounts that matched each other left to right and the built offsets to finalize the engines locations. You can see them in the photo...The seat is a Tillet Large. _________________ Riley Will
