I've gotten a number of emails on this topic. S1 drivers who want to race at the Rock Island Grand Prix / SKUSA King of the Streets race can sign up to run EITHER the SuperPro class OR the SemiPro, but not both. Both classes will run S1 rules. The difference is that one is SuperPro and S1 drivers and the other is S1, S2, S3 and G class drivers. Must be a SKUSA member to run SuperPro and spec tires (Bridgestone YGB)for SuperPro, although they're not included in the entry fee ... and there is no limit to the number of tires you can use. SKUSA encourages its drivers to run their normal spec tires in other gearbox classes as well, but they won't be a tech item except for King of the Streets. No tires and no fuel available at the track.
Solid fields already in both 125cc classes .. could use a few more in 80cc.
Get those entries in -- price break for registration ends Friday. |
