Top ten in SuperPro gets a payout, no purse for S1, K1, or 80 Jr.

I got $200 for 2nd in S2 at Long Track Nationals.

I don't know where y'all are located, but I got $100 for 2nd in the SKUSA half of a Big South Series race.

PMT payout only in Super Pro. Now what class is more fun to watch and has more entries?
Remember- no entries=no race!!
Maby Skusa should take a look at this, "I" believe payout only in Super Pro does not help at alllll.

No one seems all that interested in racing for prize money, however, Troy Hunt was competing in FSA in Europe last year for TopKart, and came back to Australia for one race meeting which had $10,000 to the winner. He won this race and went back to Europe to following Monday.

There was also a race in Victoria, Australia last weekend, 1st in Rotax Max got $1,500, 2nd $1,000 and 3rd $500 so I was told, and I believe that there were only 30 entries in the class.

If prize money made a difference to driver numbers, I think the promotors would put more money into it, maybe I'm wrong, who knows.

I don't know what it's like in Europe, but it seems to be far more professional, and is treated like a business not just a hobby or sport. IMO.

Scott has been getting $1500 per win at the PMT (this helps). I was shocked to see Alex get ZIP for 3rd in S1.
