Larry,
Thanks. I am planning to do that, based on your recommendation. I'm just trying to get over the immediate hump of getting my kart back together. It gives me a bad feeling to put it back together and have left over pieces scattered on the floor of the garage! ;-) |

Hey everyone,
I just changed the gear oil in my Tracy shifter (CR125. In order to get at the drain plug, I had to loosen an aluminum tube that goes from one engine mount bracket to the other one.
Now I can't get the brace back on...WAAH!
The tube seems to be bent to clear a brace welded to the frame for the nerf bar.And no mounted of twisting or grabbing with vise grips, etc. will let me get bothe of the end bolts back in. I can get one or the other, but not both. The mount is from AMC Racing.
Doed any one have this kind of Mount and experience with this situation???
Thanks, Kevin |

| As Charlie said...what's wrong with a few extra parts? Hell, they're probably just extra weight anyway. And besides, that's why they call 'em "extra" parts. Use 'em on the lawnmower, or the wifes car! |

Charlie, I didn't ask about his mind as I already know the condition there is beyond repair.
