I was wondering if someone could tell me.... If going from a CDI Stock Box to the PI Box will effect my jetting settings.
For example if I have it spot on and the only thing I change is the PI box, will my jetting need to change too.
Would it be a mild jetting change or could I be searching quite a while for spot on?
Thanks,

Rob,
This is a very good subject. To be safe, jet the main up 2 sizes and test. The PI box is not magic, it requires tuning just like the rest of the motor. Not to scare you away, but, I tune the curves in the PI to the track and air available. Be careful, you can excede the design limitations of the CR80 with disasterous results. Best to start fat and test the available curves. Then lean down. You didn't mention which PI you will be running.

John,
I believe last time I spoke with my sponsor they were running the Vortex, so that's what I'll run unless they have made a switch.
