Rotax Grand Finals- Micro and Mini Max

I am pleased to see the two classes added to the schedule. It brings the event more in line with the American Rotax series' that are being run rather successfully in here.
A couple of questions:

1.) will the winner of these events be deemed as a winner of a "Grand Final"? or is this an exhibition race/separate event?

2.)Will Karts and Engines be provided to the attendees as we see with the traditional Grand Finals' classes?? Or will the participants supply their own engines?
