WTB-Entry Level Adult Kart

Looking for a nice recreational kart. This will be purchased for purely recreational use. Limited budget. Would prefer to purchase from individual or shop in the south east to minimize shipping costs/available to pick up/check out in person. Not interested in cross country deals.

Ideal situation is a kart that would accept something like a world formula for practice lapping/recreationa, and if I got the itch to race could bolt a rotax or kt100 to the chassis.

Only interested in sprint chassis and 30+ mm popular frames (Birel, CRG, Tony, & Arrow). Prefer to stick with newer Chassis. Might consider KT100 + kart if price is right.
