paddle shift sprint kart > move up to a Honda CR250

We have had our Honda CR125 electronic paddle shift sprint kart for few years now .

So at this time we would like to move up to a Honda CR250.

I think we need some help with this project as we don't even know where to start.

We do have 6 inch rims and Super Kart tires on it already. It has 32 mm chassis.

Does anyone have or know of any good used affordable Honda CR250 engines ?

Or a complete ready to go used CR250 engine with everything else pipe, motor mount & etc. . It would not have to be perfect as we aren't really racing ?

I have time on this as it would be a mid summer project.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
