2 days ago, I bought the Jet-Tech Pro program, because after reading such great reviews about it, I decided to get it too..
I've sent the "ProKeyCode" back to them and... didn't get my password so I can access the program. It's been 2 days, emailed them, haven't heard of them at all....
What is going on here? Their site says that I have to wait and be patient to get the activation key... but I NEED to use it tomorrow at the track, and I have a feeling that I won't be able to..
Please reassure me... |

First, double check to make sure that the email with the password didn't wind up in a junk mail folder. Then suggest that contacting Jet-Tech via the support page on www.rotaxjetting.com. You can either submit a request on the support page or go the contact page where there is a phone number. Seems that it took more than a couple of days before I got my password back in 2009. Remember that they're a half a day ahead of us.

I Just received it 2 minutes ago... That's my problem, I ALWAYS panic when I buy something online....
