kart wont launch on 2nd attempt

if the group bogs the start and we have a 2nd go. i could never get a good launch the 2nd time. half the time the kart would get moving and then just die on me and act like it was flooded. the other half it would stutter and want to die and finally take off and run fine the rest of the race. is this a clutch issue or a fuel loading issue like it appears? i would generally get past the start finish line so i dont think its so much just a poor start. time or two i couldnt even get a push to get it running, even then it would stutter like it was flooded. is it just that?

if its a different fuel issue, how do i fix it?

sounds like carb issue i went thru, check floats, needle clean everything and adjust float and try again, is your bottom of the carb fuel line filling up with fuel?
