adjust your float level

Now lower the float a little, if you set to the standard spec it is pretty high almost to the overflow level anyway

Jeff,
Was it your doing or my doing? Laughing

Glad it worked out for you Todd, at least you now have a better understanding. Wink

Steve...Jeff....Sam,

Just wanted to let you know that I was not ignoring your advice on the floats. I was trying "solutions" one at a time to see if I could isolate the problem. The first thing I tried was moving the pump and that did absolutely nothing. The second thing I tried was adjusting the floats which seems to have done the trick. I was ready to try a bypass line as setup in a diagram Steve sent me but fortunately I did not even have to do that. The kart is ready to run....I can't wait to get it out and give it a good test. I'll be heading down to MMX as soon as it warms up enough! Thanks again for the help.

Todd

A bunch of people have already spent 100's of hours and thousands of dollars coming up with "the" solution to your problem. Laughing

I still think the Delorto fuel pump works pretty good. What do you think after today??
