I bought this off here last year when it looked like we'd be doing a lot more racing - then we moved and there's no racing within 3 hours of us...
The transponder is used and has been through at least a few people. It still charges well and goes to 3 blinks, good enough for a 3 day race weekend. I have it registered on MyLaps, so we'll need to change that registration once we have a deal.
Comes with standard wall charger and car charger.
