Labor day weekend !!!! where is everyone going?

With labor day coming soon it seems we have some choices to make. where is everyone going?

I will be heading to the RIGP.

CES has a race the same weekend as the WKA race at Kershaw?

For everyone going to Kershaw there will be a cookout saturday night after the races. Cook out is free, donations will be collected for the Ronnie Jackson Childrens Trust Fund. Maybe we can have an ekarting get together in conjunction with the cook out.

We are headed to the RIGP. If any one knows what the 80's ran for gearing there last year it would help us out.

Chris, I know you've asked before and I am trying to find my set-up book from last year. I know it's around somewhere, but after the move, it's still MIA. I'll keep looking though.

For those wondering about gearing. I believe

gives gearing suggestion for different classes.

125 was 17/25 don't recall the 80 gearing.

Ekartingnews' working plan is to attend the Rock Island Grand Prix and the MWSS event at the new Briggs & Stratton Motorplex/Road America. There's a slim chance we'll get down to Gateway for the CES event, as well.

From the looks of my mail and email the past week, we're going to have another great turnout at RIGP. Even the finest details have been taken care of -- beer and food at the Karter Hospitality Party Sat. night, great outdoor concerts, and we got the local steak house to stay open late !!
