What would be the average peak torque (at what RPM) on a Yamaha KT100 set up for Senior or Master classes?

With a pipe, peak torque is between 9,000 and 10,000 rpm

8400 to 8600 on a SSX Can. We have seen 10300 to 10500 on a L2 pipe

On my dyno, in the late 80’s, the KT100 reached peak torque right at 10,300, plus or minus a little, with all fixed pipes.
Testing at the track is good if you don’t have a dyno. Play with the clutch and see what happens.

A little lower on my dyno, but that could just be the difference between my dyno, a water break, and yours.

Brian, you can't go by one guys dyno vs another one. They are all different, calibration is not always the same, etc. You want to be more interested in how your motor compares to other engines on that same dyno. Some will get 18.00 hp on a can while other dynos will only show 12-13 with the same motor. It's all about comparison from a knows dyno source.
