Is there any interest out there in doing an arrive & drive for an Enduro at Daytona.
I have 2 CKI (2006 & 2012) that could be available to run Sportsman, with Kris Buerman power.

I have not figured out any costs at this point, as I would like to see if there is interest first.
Price would most likely include set of used tires for practice day, and a new set for the race weekend (Hoosiers). Fuel too. I am also guessing a $500 crash and/or stuck piston deposit, which can be run as an authorization, but not run through unless needed.
You would be responsible for entry and practice fees, as well as your own WKA membership. Your own lodging and transportation as well.

These are the things that I have thought of while writing this, so please don't take as the final thoughts.
PM me, or post here, any thoughts, concerns, and maybe even what you think it might be worth.
Thanks

For those wondering, 0 response to this. Confused
Other than a couple folks with some very good advice about how to go about it... Thanks

It's now getting to late to get this done for Daytona. We will most likely hang on to these karts, and see if there is any interest later in the season.

We will be at Daytona, and will have Hoosier Tires available. Or call ahead to be sure you get what you need.
Thanks

Craig,
It doesn't surprise me that nobody responded to your offer.
It might be that it's Daytona, maybe not.
Here's what I'm going to try. I have an enduro we don't race anymore. I have an old controlled I'll detune to make it less 'blowupable'. We'll take it to a few tracks next year, and let people who've never driven a laydown take it out. (Sprinters, Corner workers, Wives, Officials, etc.) I know time is precious at events, but some clubs will set aside time for just this type of thing. Last practice session of the day on Friday for example. This is how Milo got his first ride in a dual. It's my way of getting people interested in laydowns. They just might like it enough to want to buy one. I'll send 'em your way.
