Gentlemen I am pleased to announce that we will once again be racing our way down the Cork Screw and through the Rainey turn this coming September 7 9 under the wing of the Grand Am Rolex series!
The invitation is extended to all 250 Superkarts FE, Gas Gas and ICE all of which will be on the track at the same time but scored separately. I am confident there will be a paid practice day Thursday for those competitors who wish to participate.
At this time the schedule is in the preliminary stage I will keep you posted as more information becomes available.
Of course Mark Morrison of NCK will be taking care of all race entries through their website - www.nckroadracing.com
I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Wayne Rainey for once again campaigning on the behalf of the Superkart fraternity to race on this world famous race track Laguna Seca thanks Wayne.
Stay tuned! |

Alright Mark, Steve & Cole - good to hear you are in already - let me know what the Boise boys say?
Firouz that is great that you and Jayce are making the trip By the way - what is the story for F1 in your neck of the woods this November - I heard there might be a BIG BBQ bash at your place then onto Austin for some serious fun!? |

We are working on the details now we should have the entry fees and practice worked out soon. We don't see much of a change from last year. should be in the $400-500 range. _________________ Mark Morrison

Laguna Seca track is on my "bucket List" of tracks to race at, i just might have to make the drive from Texas. That would be several days drive each way !

| You know Alan there are quite a lot of Superkart drivers in Texas just to name a few off the top of my head James Ingram, Michael Krantz, Firouz, Frank Widmoser I am pretty sure JI is definitely going to try and make it this year and Firouz is already committed on attending so could you guys possibly hook up and share the journey!? -- Just a suggestion to share travel expense. |

anthony,
i have reserved 20 tickets for the F1 race. that way we could have 10 of us in one row and the 10 of us in a row behind, that way we can people watch all together and oh i almost forgot watch the race too. austin airport is not big so everyone has to fly to either dallas airport or houston. yes i am going to have a big BBQ party at my house and have lots fun visiting and then head out to Austin. i have a very good friend that is born in austin which he will show all of us a good time. it is going to be fun.
regarding laguna, good idea maybe the texas group can chip in and get a big transporter and ship everything there.
see you all soon

Good Idea Alan.
It's only a 15,000 mile return trip for the Aussies, lucky there are shipping companies downunder.
Firouz,
Ted alerted me about the F1 party, said we should go and trash your beautiful home and then travel to the F1...so now I'm in consideration......lucky we have airline companies downunder. _________________ www.samzavaglia.com |
