Measuring ride height - setup blocks / gauges?

Is there such think as a ride height gauge for karts?
or how do you measure your ride height? I am sorry for the maybe stupid question but I am thinking of something like what they have for RC cars?

I know what when I have done the Camber on my real car I used to place the cars on tiles to create leveled surface and I would use the coilovers to set the height equal from side to side. However since karts don't have suspension... and it a function of moving the rear axle up and down, I am wondering what would be some methods, tips and tricks.

It's not that fine of an adjustment... Rear ride is either up or down, front has spacer, the location of the spacers either above or below the spindle changes the ride height....

Scaling the chassis will let you know if one corner is off by a good amount...

so based on what you are saying it is possible for my chassis to be higher on the motor side in the rear by 1/4" to compensate for weight?

I thought the previous owner would may want to add weights to the radiator side rather than lowering and keep both side of the kart leveled.

The challenge I am having is that one side is lower than the other on the rear. I wonder if that can mess up the axles or bearings etc, it was just careless assembly or a legit setup adjustment that maybe I should just leave alone.

You can try the manufacturers baseline setup, but if the kart was recently run on your local track I would leave it alone until you run it and see how it performs.

I'm the second owner. The chassis us on of those one race old cars.
Has skusa stickers and tires. 2012 crg road rebel.

I am bought from a guy who didn't race it who bought it from kartspeed .
Before him the kart was a crg team kart from what I understand.

Yes this is what you need.

Click here --- > Sensors

Click here --- > LCU controll unit

I'm not sure if the LCU is capabale of using the laser ride height system so you may need to upgrade to the next level Logger Unit.

yeah I imagined it was that when I googled it earlier.
But on a serious note, I am surprise they don't make a gauge similar to the ones used on RC cars.

I would design a manufacture a pair if someone wanted one.
