| When I try to enlarge the pics they get a little too fuzzy for me to tell, but the enduro looks like a Hornet LP to me. LP1 of it had the open rear axle, LP2 if the axle was enclosed. But yeah, kinda hard to be sure. -Alan- |

Ace
Let's go race! I'm taping my lower pants legs right now.
Alright that's kind of weird except I still race these days with my pants taped up.

| Dont remember it being a Hornet although I did own and race a Hornet Marauder and I also owned and raced a Van K enduro. If I can make my brain go back far enough to remember, I'll post it! |

Anybody with Photo Shop skills could clean those up real nice. Not perfect, but a bunch better than they are now. In any size you want.
I’m nowhere near the best at it, but I could make them look a lot better. _________________ If the data does not support the theory, get a new theory. (Al Nunley)

In these pictures it certainly looks like a Hornet LP-1 or LP-2 to me. _________________ Greg Wright

Yup, looks like a Hornet to me. I started RR in 1980 on one just about like it. Literally took a new K-55 out of the box, bolted it on, and raced it for two seasons before doing anything to it. Carbon? Ummmm, maybe a little. _________________ Brian |

I remember when Mr Peck (Hornet) shipped us a brand new LP1 when they first came out. I was soooo excited to show up at the next race at VIR with it and be the only one there with one. Lo-and-behold.....pitted right next to us was Ricky & Al Rudd with (you guessed it) a new Hornet LP1. So much for the advantage. -Alan- |

| You must have been pitted on the other side of Ricky because I was pitted next to him and his brother too! What a cry baby little Ricky was back then! |
