Lindsay,
Been loaded since before Garnett!! Come around home once in awhile (NOT) and you would know that!!! HAYWIRED is kicking your A$$...... Guess mom needs to enter you both, there goes her Casino money probably will need to oil the moving parts since they have sit so long.
U do need to change rear gears thou (put a 72 on)! Oh, I also swapped motors on both karts from Barber!!!!!!! C who complains at Afton. PLEASE don't tear things up, would like to save the good motors and not have to do much to the karts for HPT.

Unfortunately that's what they call "home team advantage" when someone can practice on the track before any of the rest of us. We all know that's the real reason why you promote the races @ Lake Afton.
3 mph isn't enough! You probably didn't have your speedo calibrated correctly. And that's the speedo on the kart, not the one you go swimming in.
OMG, the vision of that really gave me a chuckle. _________________ Keep on kartin' llb.

| hey Kelly, what is the situation with the Pit passes? I know we used to have one day passes. but it seems that last May they were making people buy them for the whole weekend and I had some friends that had to turn around because they didn't have enough money or were just coming for one day and didn't want to spent $20 just to go in for a couple of hours. |

Juan,
We no longer sell one day passes. Check your PM.
FYI,
I will be adding a UNLIMITED (L.O.) to race 5 on Saturday by request. |

I think a half price one day pass is a fantastic idea....of course it isn't a new one.
I know most of my family and friends just quit coming due to pit pass prices.
Every pit pass has insurance attached to it which does cost KART money.
I remember when KART was young (mid 90's) and I came out to Garnett to watch my buddy Melvin race for $5. Of course gas was around $1/gallon too. |

The reason everyone has to buy a pit pass at tracks like Afton is that they are in what the insurance calls RESTRICTIVE AREAS (pits, close to track, etc.). If there was a SPECTATOR area, things would be different. When lawyers are a dime a dozen and people like to sue, promoters need some type of protection (been there).
The way some of you drive, everyone needs a pass!! |

The last thing I want to do is bash KART. Great club full of the fantastic people working very hard in the name of grass roots racing. The best kind there is. Thanks KART/MARRS.
Kelly is quite right, I suppose for many things in life today, we can thank those that like to sue others for the freedom to make choices and mistakes in life.....this drives the cost of everything up out of fear from a lawsuit in a kangaroo court.
Freedom of choice is what we've got.
Freedom from choice is what they want.
Freedom from choice is what we'll get.
See ya'll at Lake Afton! |

| I have spent $20 for entertainment that only lasted a couple of minutes. Two hours would be great. |
