Can you please clarify. Sat practice starts at 8 or 830. Both are listed.
Also can we have tag master run with tag senior. Most master guys would prefer this.

I will get a confirmation on Saturday practice time. Look like its listed as 0800 in everything except the daily schedule pdf.

I can't answer the question about combining TAG Masters & Senior, but I see no reason why the question couldn't be asked at driver's briefing and voted on with a show of hands from both groups..

Reason I ask is.. it was listed like this in June but for some odd reason sat practice did not start till close to 9. Valuable time wasted.

I seem to recall the track saying no race motors until 9 so I'm getting a little confused myself. Don't shoot the messenger. Ill talk to Dave larson about it and get confirmation. The start time might be padded to compensate for people that may arrive late. I'm just guessing here....

I don't have any issues with the TAG Master class running with us. As long as there aren't any participants who are entered in both, it shouldn't be an issue.
Just mention it to Larson on Saturday morning, preferably during the morning driver's meeting.

Though on this section of the forum I'm probably preaching to the converted, but, I thought I would mention this. One of the critiques that I hear sometimes about road racing is that there's not enough support from the shops at trackside. Well, it was nice to see L.A.D., CKT, ACR and VKP all at BFR! Nobody should have left because they couldn't find a replacement part.

Still put-out that I couldn't be there on Sunday.

Great weekend at Blackhawk with a solid turnout. Thanks to all who came along including the Badger and GPLS regulars. Hope you guys (and girls) had a great time. Big grids in 4cycle and shifter. Great to see. We also had some great 250 Superkarts to salivate over in the unlimited class. Always fantastic to watch.

17 teams entered the 5th Adam Schatz Memorial Race. Thank You, everyone for your support. We will have updates on how the donations for this cause are used on the CES website soon.

Mylaps have been posted, for some reason listed as "Car Racing". But they are there nonetheless

Race Monitor worked great over the weekend. I apologize that we didnt have the bandwidth to do a good video webcast and mobile\cellular options are very expensive.

Redline took LOTS of photos and should be posted on their website www.redlinephoto.com soon for review.

As far as I know turnout for the 5K was pretty quiet but the feedback was great. "Best surface I've run on this year" was one comment. Turns out that runners, just like ourselves plan their season ahead of time, based on the published schedule for the year. So if we get such an event on the calendar ahead of the season I think it will be a winner. Red bull came along which was nice and I believe redline took some photos as well.
I suspect we will see the 5K event return in 2013.

Glen hoping the points will be up to date mid next week.
