| Is the bias selector for Ven05 brakes supposed to have a spring or some other way of keeping it from vibrating to a different position? |

Mine has a wave washer. You might need to adjust it so there is enough tension on the washer to keep the adjuster from moving while driving.

They all have something to keep it from rotating when new. Things do wear out. Mine has a ball on a spring with an allen grub screw. Lost the screw wile driving, then the ball fell out, then it became a tag kart going into a fast corner, can you say drift. Just something for him to look at, it could be just fine.
How about this guys, What is causing it to change wile driving.  |

I have a screw on the back of the bias knob, so I will tighten this.
Great idea with that infared gun. I have something similar to this that I used to use for my R/C car to check engine temp.
I will now use it on my kart...how neat!  _________________ Nikos
