Hey four stroke fans,

I just wanted to get the word out that Tri-C will be offering a new Clone class for the 2012 racing season. It will be a stock class running the A.R.K.A. run package. This is in addition to the well supported World Formula classes we offer. Check out our website at www.tri-ckarters.com for a complete list of 2012 classes.

Our first race is Feb. 18th 2012, come out and race with us and help us get the word out to all your four stroke racing friends. Tri-C offers a very professionally run race day with the most track time of any So-Cal club, so come out and join us.

See you at the track.

P.S. Visit our web site and sign up for our email newsletter, The Top Step, for the most up to date information.

Dennis, if anybody has a 2 cycle type chassis and wants to convert it for 4 cycle without any cutting or fabrication we have a jackshaft kit that that is very popular for that purpose. It is the DE type and it not only moves the power takeoff to the right side like a 2 cycle but it allows the engine to be moved farther to the right for more seat clearance and fits Yamaha YF200, Clone and Briggs engines. Good luck with the clone class!

Bernie, Ted, ... If I ever get away from the shop for a weekend, I'll see you at the track in Phoenix. Seems I can't get caught up long enough to play. Sad

Mike, Try to make it out to PKRA on April 28. Surfers Kart Parts (me) is hosting our 2nd Annual "Beach Party". Free soft drinks , surf guitar music , bad jokes and we are giving away a Beach Cruiser bicycle compliments of Giant Bicycles for free , no cost , no sales pitch , etc. Just come out and enjoy the 4 cycle racing. Expecting somewhere in the range of 20 WF's,for sure we'll have the largest class there.
Looking forward to talking with you.

OK...that deal is super cool. I've got an old two-stroke chassis up here I'd love to bolt a Clone. Mike, I'll be in contact. Also, Mike, I ran in Bobby Slack at the short track that our fathers used beat on each other at, and he said Kurt invited him out to Orange County...I might been to find a ride for that deal!!!

Dennis, how's the class developing? I might want to come out and play next year. Might need to built something up.
