Colm, we hosted races at MIS in the 70's and 90's. Just since then we havent been able to run due to track surfaces. Plan on many years to come with MIS it will be great. _________________

To Bill & Lisa,
Unfortunately I have to go to Newcastle with customer this weekend. I will miss Waterford, especially since we would have brought a little something for Eric's 'little' Honda. _________________ Tom Barth

Hi, I left my Mychron Beacon Transmitter on the Waterford Hills track wall at the start/finish line yesterday Sun 19th Aug. By chance did anyone find? It is ~ 3"X6"X2" off white with LAFOLLETTE #59 engraved on it. My name is Ron LaFollette my email is: oldblindwelder@yahoo.com
Thanks for your help |

MIS Update!
Just raced a Chump Car event on the track Saturday and Sunday. The layout is the same per my information and should be fun in the karts.
The transition into turn 1 off the bank will be tricky but the smoothness of the surfaces in the infield is good.
Don't have a kart ride unless someone wants a retired Rotax Masters driver to drive a team kart in TAG.
Lap times were between 1:28-1:34 in the Chump cars that are not as fast as SCCA ITA or ITS cars.
Looking forward to getting the race results....

The kart race will be the opposite direction of the Chump Cars. The karts will race from turn 1 through turn 4 and into turn 3 before entering into the infield.
I especially liked the BMW with the antlers and hooves sticking out of the roof.

Dan,
I work with on of the Bucksnort drivers and had 5 other co workers in various cars/teams over the weekend. The cars themes are crazy funny! We had the football car that was missing the monkey "mounted" to the back truck to save the aero advantage. He has great hip movement on the football at Gingerman 3 years ago in video. You put together the theme in your head |

Jim, I know of two drivers that are bringing rent a rides and several that are looking for team members. I think the team race is going to be a blast and hopefully huge since the transition switch is going to be on the pit lane. Ill post some names as soon as I know they are concrete. _________________
