hi.

In Finland, minimax is quite new and there is not yet known mini-max values of anything.
I would be grateful if only I could get answers to the questions below
or links on the road for people.

1. What year model cylinder would be the best minimax
2. Squish
3. the cylinder and piston clearance
4. the carburetor adjustment
5. Engine Tuners
6. what else am I supposed to know
7. etc

Best regards.

I believe it's the 09 cylinder but have no idea why.

Squish 1.20 to 1.80 from Rotax manual and RMAX rules

again from RMAX rules carb to be 12.5 with matching float K98 needle 266 atomizer jets to suit atmosphere.

Tuning is a bit more challenging because you can't jus pull the spark plug and get a good reading. I have been told to look at the pipe at the header end. so take off the springs and look inside. need that nice tan color.

gearing is spec 13-82 and cadet size 4.5 tires all around.

Until your driver becomes really good at keeping "on the pipe" the performance won't be so good.

with a fixed gear the driver is doubly challenged to keep the motor wound up.

Everything else maintenance wise is same as a MAX.
