Tommy

Check out 4cycle.com. Ask your question. Give them the approiate information on your setup. Weight distribution, caster, camber, type of tires you use, where you race, what kind of engine gearing you use, class, etc..

And if you follow up with your thoughts about what people offer you for advice and if you changed something what the results were.... I garentee you you will recieve the book of good information you seek.

And also don't be afraid to do the same on here. There are people who understand this stuff and will help you. The book of facts you are looking for will be on its way.

Just state your setup specks and there are many out there that are willing to offer an opinion.

I am aware of no book that has any significant info for oval kart racing. My best suggestion would be Phantom's Top Secret Video Club. Its $45 to join (that includes the first tape) and then about $25 per tape after that. There are four out currently with a fifth on the way shortly. They are Camber and Caster, Scales - VCG and Kart Dynamics, Tire Temps - How and Why, and Tires and Rims Part 1. The fifth will be on Qualifying. Its all about oval kart racing and there isn't too much salesmanship (so it'll apply to any kart. http://www.phantomchassis.com
