Our full coverage will begin tomorrow morning with qualifying at 9:35am.

EKN Trackside Live: Saturday, January 28, 2012

Good day, Rotax fans -

The driver's meeting is now underway here in Tucson, following the running of the morning warm-up sessions. We're expecting blue skies and temperatures in the mid-70s today, which means virtually ideal conditions for great competition. We have a couple of drivers who look to have the early speed advantage, while it other classes, it's a virtual deadheat on top of the charts. This Tucson track as as racy as any, so it should be a incredible day of wheel-to-wheel action to begin the series. With a ticket to the Rotax Grand Finals in Portugal going to the properly-qualified class champions in Junior, Senior and DD2, this is going to get good.

We'll be going live in about 15 minutes for the start of qualifying.
