WKC Race 4 and WKA race 6 SPR Main Course

All,

Pre entries will open on the 6th for the next WKC/WKA National Race. It will only be open for 4 weeks so please keep that in mind.

Also we are going to try something new for this race. We are going to offer pre pit pass sales for those that enter via the on line store. If this is not to bad to manage we will start to offer it in 2013 for any race that we have WKC regional and any National race. Please remember no credit cards will be accepted at Pit pass sales.

Also for those that have not been at Summit. Summit does not charge for camping, but does charge for electricity. The lady that sells electric will be there until about 8:00 Thursday evening and then after that it is available back at the main gate. The way the electricity sales work is that you have to pay $30 ($10 deposit to bring back the lock on the box.) Return the lock and you will get your deposit back.

So we can plan accordingly, do you know if the available electric has RV 30 0r 50 amp service or is just standard 110 outlets?

They have RV30 and 110 outlets in each box.

Please note that WKC will be trying something different for this event.

We will be taking Pre Pit passes sales if you process your order on line. You can go on line and just purchase the pit passes if you like. If this works for online orders next year we will take them for mail in orders as well. We just want to get a feel of how it is going to work before we open it up.

We do not take Credit cards at the pit pass window. On Line Pre Sales, checks, and cash only.

I wanted to send out a schedule update and also to add a note that this race for WKC is going to be considered the WKC Memorial cup along with Jack Foster Cup. Each year we dedicate a racing event for those have passed and have made impressions in our life as racers. The Jack Foster cup a race that the Vintage Group started years ago and have been passing the cup with WKC races.

At VIR we made this mistake and made it again before the schedule was posted by WKA and WKC.

WKC Vintage Euro will be ran on Sunday for Race #2 not Saturday.

We also forgot to add in the Open Sprint races. I believe they will be ran on Race 5 of both days. I have a call into Brandon to confirm, but wanted to let you know that we realize they were left off the schedule.
