You guys do an awesome job with that each year David. I check it everyday cause for me it adds to the anticipation of this race, makes having to wait until next week to hear the sweet sound of kart engines even harder _________________ Git-R-Done! |

I read the S4 preview yesterday. I'm pretty much only interested in S4 and Super Pro (or whatever the CIK has them call it now...). Looks like S4 is taking over the Geezer Super Pro status from G1.
Way to show the love to Bonnier...

Please don't take this as an attempt to hijack the thread. This post is intended as informational only, and all communication should happen through the appropriate thread.
The Las Vegas Kart Club has a club race weekend scheduled for this Saturday and Sunday (11/12 and 11/13). We've created the first ever Las Vegas Mini Indy 50 event that we hope will become an annual mainstay.
For anyone coming into town early enough, feel free to come out to race or visit. This could be a good opportunity to get some early engine tuning in.
Visit the event thread at http://www.ekartingnews.com/viewtopic.php?t=109987 for all the details. |

I was jacked to see Bonnier's name on the S4 class list. He's part of SuperNationals lore and was a player during the first iteration of the SKUSA ProMoto Tour. The guy's a 125cc stud! If you were around then, you'll remember Bonnier running with teammate Rob Mathis. Those were great times. And all you need to do is look at the podium from the first ever SuperNationals - Barron, Oergel and Moulton.

This is going to be a GREAT event! Can't wait to see everyone there! It will be long days, but it will be well worth it! _________________ Rob Howden

| So freaking jealous wishing I could be there. Even though the results from my 2 attempts were faaaaarrrrrr less than stellar it's better to be there around the event and the sounds, including Rob's call of the races, than to be at home. |

Sadly, I was old enough to run S4 even back then...
I'm still gonna give Cole a crotchkick when I see him next week though. After I check out that B.O.C. show. |

I'm assuming the track layout is going to be the same one from the last 2 years? _________________ Git-R-Done! |

No, its supposed to be a surprise. However, a look at Dave's pictures may give you an idea. It looks tighter to me.

Yeah I can sort of tell, thanks Dave. Good luck to you next weekend
I figured it was a matter of time until SKUSA decided to change it up, seeing as how they ran the previous layout the last 2 or 3 years. I say that partially cause i've always been under the assumption that the point of a parking lot track is that no one has a bunch of track time on it, everyone starts with a clean sheet of paper when practice kicks off. Also makes the racing a bit more exciting, in my opinion. Definately can't wait for next weekend, i'm stoked _________________ Git-R-Done! |
