Put e-track horizontally on each side wall at height just higher than your rolling kart stand. Using the snap in 2x4 holders you put a 2x4 cross bar at the front and one at the rear. Put he front bar in first and roll kart in on stand and lift slightly on to front crossbar then do the rear and roll out te kart stand. Second kart goes on the floor underneath.

Better idea, get the other style of e track, mount it long ways, stand the karts against the wall. frees up the entire floor.
have been doing this for 2 years with 2 shifter karts (could have carried 3) to all of the wka road race nationals. you can also strap your stands to the wall. _________________ I race for fun,,, If I win, that's a bonus!

This isn't my trailer, but I kept pics of this guys's trailer because he did some cool stuff.

We put e-track on the side running parallel to the floor and will use the same connectors as shown in the earlier pics. Should work great... |

There are some locking shelf brackets (750lb cap.) from McMaster Carr that I used to mount a 5' counter top to each side of my trailer. They fold down when not transporting the kart or leave one up for worktop during the race day.
From McMaster Carr
(K) Multi-Position Steel Brackets (750 Lbs per pair)
11 13/16" 8" x 7/8" Zinc Plated #1294A51 21.20
15 3/4" 10" 5/8" x 1 1/16" Zinc Plated #1294A52 30.18

Michael,
Your trailer is awesome! Are the table tops stainless steel and where did you get them?
I found the brackets at McMaster, are you using the small size or large?
What is the S hook thing hanging from the roof for? |

Thanks, I wish it was still that clean inside
I used the bigger brackets. I also mounted them to 3/4" 13 ply cabinet grade plywood that was affixed to the wall studs ( 5 - #12 zip screws per stud, Make sure to drill a pilot hole through the wood and the metal stud). Around here we have Mr. 2nds stores that carry the prefabbed counter tops W/back-splash in 5',6',7' & 8' sections. I used 5' counters with a 1/2" x 1/2" aluminum angle glued on the ends to keep from chipping.
There is a modified 12V winch mounted on the aluminum "I" beam track ( McMaster again) to lift the kart up so you can lock the shelves beneath it. Strap it down a go! The "S" hook is just the end of the rubber strap that keeps it in place when not attached to the kart via the 4 lift straps.
Yes I am lazy, that is why I created the mobile, electric winch powered, kartRaiser lift. _________________ Michael Polizzi
