Glenn, and Jeff, I have noticed on your home page that you have it set up for 800 x 600 pixel resolution. Which leaves about 3 inches of blank screen on the right side of the page. Do most viewers use that setting?
I have never used that setting.
I much prefer the 1024 X 768 resolution.
with text set at medium size.
Just an observation
Darren

Darren,
Obviously, as can be seen with out current woes here on the discussion forums, it is a challenge for us (well, anyone, actually) to design a site so that it looks good for different browsers/versions, and for different resolutions.
As for 800 X 600, for instance, my step-father and all his friends use that resolution exclusively, mainly because the larger text and images are easier on their older eyes.
Given that our audience is such a diverse crowd with computer hardware/software of varying age, we are constantly working to ensure that Ekartingnews looks good regardless of browser or resolution.
Right now, with the forums, we obviously have some work to do in this regard.

Jeff, Yes, After my post I realized that I have a large moniter (I think 20 inches or so) so nevermind.
Get moving along, The Indy 500 wasn't built in a day. (WAS IT?)
