Anyone catch the Live coverage of the Gold Cup this past weekend? What are your thoughts or comments about the coverage?

We had it at the track and it was awesome! Already have a HDMI cable ordered for the phone to feed a big monitor

Karl,
Thank you for getting it together for WKA. Recommendations:
1. Show the time behind each driver so we know how close the racing is.
2. Video like FWT would be awesome.
I will be looking forward to the Man Cup race this weekend!!!! |

The "difference" between leader and another driver will be coming out in an upcoming release, as well as "gap", showing the time between positions.

That's going to be dependent on bandwidth at the track. Those tracks that are lucky enough to have a T1 or highspeed DSL can push the high-quality video. Then the WKA will have to come off the hip pocket for cameras and software, and, and, and. Really takes another person or more to operate cameras and switches.

They should have a camera and audio for Beaverun. If not, holler at me I'll send someone to Wal-mart to get a camera for them.

Watched the archived video, of the Gold Cup at NCMP, the one thing I was pleasantly surprised about was hearing "The Toe" doing the announcing. He can make 5th place sound exciting. Kudos to who ever decided to hire him for this event.
