A friend is looking into getting a Kart, mostly for pratice at Englishtown... He is consdering a World Fomula Powered Kart. Does anyone know if any of the Vendors typicially at Englishtown support/carry parts/have expertise with this Briggs engine?

Never been there but WF really shouldn't take much support. Most folks can just take the motor out of the box and bolt it on, especially for a practice motor.

Cheers,

I run a WF at Millville. I ran the whole season without ever turning a wrench on the motor itself and I was turning it up to 9000rpm. A good amount of parts can be used from the Animal but as long as you know how to clean a carb, clean the filter , and have a few spare spark plugs(not the same as the animal's) I can't think of anything else that you might need. This REALLY is a maintenance free motor. I believe Todd Weaver is running at Englishtown. He runs a WF and can probably give you a hand if any problems should arise. He's a good dude and has been working to get this class off the ground for a few years now. If you get a WF let me know. I have two of them waiting for some competition to show up a Millville.
