Hey all fellow Wasatch Race Park racers. Mike Robertson and myself are trying to arrange a trip to Vegas to do a little testing before Nationals. We would like to get as many of us that are going to Nationals to go down together so we can all help each other get up to speed. Mike is working on getting Bonnier to give us a hand also. We were thinking the weekend of October 5th (we have a WRP race, but I am willing to skip it to prepare) or the following weekend. Email me or give me a call at 801-634-8480.

Here is an update on the trip. Mike called the XPlex and the next weekend they are open will be October 12th. So we are thinking of going down friday night and coming back on Saturday.

I'm pretty sure I'm in Shannon. Is the plan just to drive down on friday and practice on saturday? Let me know the details and I will get work off.

I think we would like to leave mid-day friday so we can run friday night and a good part of the day on saturday. I'd like to drive back on saturday night.

I think it will be each man for themselves for friday. I know I can't get away till late friday night. But I would like us to have a full day on Saturday. In fact, I'd like to see if we could even run a few "practice" races against each other to learn a little about the track.

Sturday they are open for practice from 9am to 10 pm. So it could be a long day, but a good one.

Whatever works is fine with me....I am just dependent on whoever can give my kart a ride down there. Have you heard which way we may be running at WRP next week. I have been waiting to run a certain configuration and if we run it, I'll race it. Otherwise I think I am done till Nationals.

Bonnier said he can be there Saturday to help us out as well. He can't make friday.

But if we get four or five of us, that would be good.
