How much clearance should I have between my clutch drum and the hex nut that holds it on? I have the 11 tooth sprocket with the stock thrust washer, seems a little too loose.

Thanks

Jeff,
There is a specific washer to use with the 11T setup. Check out this link and you will notice there is a 12t-16T washer and an 11T washer. The stock thrust washer you have would be from a 13T sprocket as most motors are shipped with 13T on them.
