How much oil to put into tmK9b gearbox

I've researched this and found so many different answers, I don't know which is correct. Some people have said to remove the small grub screw on the side of the gear case, and fill to that level, others say to add 400ml for an oil change. The two methods are quite a bit different in the amount of oil. Anyone have a solid opinion as to how much?

On level surface fill to grub screw as others suggested.

No problem, and change the oil out after every weekend of racing, or every other race if you don't get much practice time in.
