If you can and it doesn't hurt you, I would put the Tony Kart seat back in to factory recommendation and see if that helps the overstuck condition. Play with the steering wheel location to get the position somewhat comfortable. An angled steering wheel hub helps with this.
From the thread it seems like the T8 is stiffer and if the seat is too stiff, the IR will hike to early and set down early resulting too much grip on exit.

Just $0.02 more from me: if the shape of the seat is really the sticking point, and the seat is too rigid, Tillett makes varying rigidity levels of all of their kart seats.
