| I think Nascar is so desperate for a female to be successfull, they may have purposely allowed some cheating. I just don't think she's that great of a driver. |

I've never doubted Danica's speed....her racecraft is more doubtful to me.
We'll see how the race goes.
and as Jimmie Johnson said, "even a monkey could do it!"...lol _________________ Owner, www.hamiltonhelmets.com // UAS Racer #76 // Karting for karting's sake...keep it fun! |

| While I wouldn't put it past NASCAR to manipulate things, I also have to say that the driver had little to nothing to do with winning the pole at Daytona. It's all car and prep, and she's basically driving a Hendrick car (Stewart-Haas gets their cars and engines from Hendrick). |

Now what would you all be saying if AJ or Scott speed won the pole you all would be saying they were the greatest drivers in the world. _________________ Jeff DeMello

This is why I want to see her win. I think the heads of some will explode if a girl wins a NASCAR race. |

At Daytona and Talladega they run WOT from the time they leave pit road. As long as they stay near the yellow line on lap 2 then the only other thing they have to worry about it missing a shift. Many NASCAR drivers have said that the average Joe off the street could drive one of these cars around these two tracks and be pretty fast.
That being said, Danica had a few decent runs last year and was involved in a few late race incidents that weren't her fault. Then there were a few that she initiated. But all in all, she seemed to adapt to the Sprint Cup cars a little better than the Nationwide cars.
The real test will be next Sunday when there are 42 other cars out there.
Now that her and Ricky Stenhouse are dating it'll be interesting to see who wins Rookie of the Year . _________________ Blaise Haynes

I'd like to see Danica, Scott and AJ all win races. Good for her. _________________ Sex is like pizza. When it's good it's great and when it's bad, it's still pretty good. |

So Jimmie couldn't even out qualify a monkey? Wonder how many championships he'd have if he didn't have the greatest cheater in history as a crew chief. |
