I was looking to get a new set of magnesium wheels for my Tony kart shifter.
i thought of Douglas magnesium SE wheels but i read that they are not made for shifter karts. Is that a problem, are they too soft, i thought those where the same as OTK wheels?
If they won't do, what wheels can i get, sure there's OTK but is there another option?
Thanks to all of you for your input! |

Where did you read this? I and MOST KZ guys use Douglas wheels so I'm a little suspicious!
I've never had a Douglas wheel fail on me unless it was MY fault!!

From the Douglas wheel website:
''SE Magnesium wheels are designed specifically for Non-Gearbox Karting
''
I suppose you guys are running another model, maybe the LV? |

| If you look at Douglas Wheels site you can see that they make other magnesium wheels, so just get those instead of the SE model. I dont see what is so difficult with this or maybe Im not understanding your question. |
