I will be moving to the Quad Cities in Eastern Iowa/Western Illinois in the next few months. My son currently runs a Rotax Jr here in Germany. Is there any good places he can run in this area? Or will we need to switch engines?
We really like running the Rotax, but want to have people to race with.
Thanks,

Hey Tony,
You'll need to switch engines if you want people to race with. Yamaha is the biggest Jr. class. Rotax/TaG Jr. is basically non-existent in the midwest, except maybe MRP in South Bend, IN.
61 Kartway, 15 min. north of the Quad Cities, has great club racing. And the Route 66 Sprint Series is the big regional series.

Concept Haulers Motor Speedway in Norway, Il runs a Junior Rotax class. It is in central IL - but is an easy drive from the quad cities - probably about 2.5 hours. I do not know many entries they typically have. _________________ Mark Silverberg
