This is where we get them, multiple lengths. You might have to ask them what wall thickness they are.

You can buy them as thin as 0.120" right now just about anywhere. When you are talking thin wall, are you looking for less than 0.120"?

I have used the .190" axles for years with no problems. I have never tried thinner, but I know others that have.

I use .250 on my F-125. I have cracked a .190.

I have purchased axles from BMI. Aluminum thick wall 1 1/4 OD.
