The story today is rain. Lots of it this morning. Looks like it could be like this much of the day.

Does Daytona permit you to run in the rain or is it WKA prohibiting it? Are they letting local option classes run in the rain?

Thanks for your answer.

Drying up now. Drivers meeting going on now. Practice starts at Noon. Abbreviated races obviously. Sprints will run 20 min. Enduro will run 30

Don't know about the track but WKA doesn't run the rain anywhere.

First race just got underway. I saw someone getting into a Leopard kart that looked a lot like David Cole's. Did some family member steal that from you David? Wink

Race 2 is about to wrap up. Fun to watch 15 or so B-Stocks leave the grid. Even more fun to see Wilhelm catch half of them by the time they come around to the starting line. Laughing

Thanks Quincy!

I hope at the end of the race week I can get an update on everything.
I hate not being there...but I did enjoy Christmas with the family. We do plan on being there for 2013.

Good luck to everyone racing!

I find it hard to believe that the biggest Road Racing event of the year doesn't get any better coverage than it does. No wonder Enduro racing is dying!
