David,
I'm not getting e-mail notifications on threads that I've responded to, started or chosen to follow...?

| Did you check your "spam" folder if you have one? Yahoo started sending ekartningnews emails to spam for me recently. |

I only get them from one thread from years ago. I think I disabled them now but still get them for that thread.

What he said, also make sure you have the 'Notify me when a reply is posted' box checked as well.

Yes, I checked my spam folder.
I've checked everything, I never changed anything, and nothing I can find that would've caused this.
I'm so confused...?!

I just noticed that I also stopped getting notifications for many threads. I am getting them for a few, but not for the majority of them.
I do not see the "notify me" box, I see "Stop Watching this topic" link, so I am assuming I am "watching" the topic. |

Yes. If you see the 'Stop Watching This Topic' then you should be getting updates when a reply is made.
Please remember, you don't get the email for every reply that is made. You only receive the email when a reply has been made after you visited the thread.
I just received an email when you replied Michael and visited the thread. Had I elected to not visit the thread, I would not received an notification email until I next visited the thread. Also, there may be some delay in the notification email. It's not instant, and may take up to 15 minutes.
