| Gingerman is a great track but last year my first time there and might be last time if no repave isn't done. The track is very very rough in spots. Hopefully if not the whole track just get the rough spot out. |

Sounds familiar. That was a super fun race. Kinda frustrating for me with brake and handling issues but was still fun to have a pack of at least 6 karts nose to tail, nip and tuck for 25mins.
I had my gopro running but had some sort of issue with it. I think I forgot to clear space on my card or something similarly hair-brained.
I have heaps of GoPro footage but not a lot from races. Annoying!
Better get a second battery and memory card for 2013 I guess. _________________ Live in the midwest and have a TaG, Shifter, KPV, KT100, Animal\LO206, enduro or superkart?

Hey guys, Providing the rules work out to fit what I have I will be back this summer for all the races in Clone and LO206. I have about a 1/2 dozen other guys who will be joining me in those classes for some of the races also. I love racing the big tracks and look forward to seeing everyone again. _________________ Racing is a State of Mind ! ... A very nice state to be in ! |

Jim, just get a bigger memory card and upload to your laptop between runs is all. I do that and charge it at the same time from the laptop. Works great _________________ Racing is a State of Mind ! ... A very nice state to be in ! |

Yeah bigger card would help for sure. I usually don't remove anything from the card until I have it backed up at home. I guess a little forethought on a station to charge all our stuff wouldn't go astray. _________________ Live in the midwest and have a TaG, Shifter, KPV, KT100, Animal\LO206, enduro or superkart?

When is season points going to be up?
One thing I would like to see is more existing racers join the series and support it.
Hopefully we get some new guys out road racing and support as well. |

Does anybody know if there's going to be a booth at the Springfield show again?
Either way, If anybody else is going down there, let me know and maybe we can grab a beer and bench race for a bit before the trek back. PM me or just post here. I'm not sure what day I'm going down yet, as it all depends on which day I can get off of work.
To my knowledge, there's no indoor facility around there to blow off some steam, but let us all know if I'm wrong!
Cheers, merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! |

Keith, I'm not sure. I know Dave is wrapping up the rules and classes and stuff so I would guess "soon". I'm sure if you email him he would be able to reserve something for you...
Peter, I asked Dave about that a couple of weeks ago. I think he might. I spoke with Randy today and a few of us might trip down for the show and to bench race etc. I'll email Dave and see if he has plans...
In case you aren't a FaceBook person there's been some discussion, started by Matthew Sriver regarding wet racing next year.....
Feel free to discuss this here also... _________________ Live in the midwest and have a TaG, Shifter, KPV, KT100, Animal\LO206, enduro or superkart?

Dont you pick your numbers when you register for Membership? You pick your top 3 numbers you want. If another member has that number you get your 2nd choice. If a member doesnt register for membership by deadline. That number will then be available.
Thats what happened for me last year at least. |

Salak, fortunately you're faster on the track than your are with your membership
I know that my dad probably isn't in the camp of running in the rain, but honestly, I wouldn't mind. Of course, it's not just the tires, but another set of wheels (I'm sure a cheaper aluminum set would do), suit and boot covers. Maybe a bit of RainX. The only thing I can think of that's an honest obstacle would be a potential increase in our insurance costs. If that doesn't change, then perhaps Dave would be open to putting it to a member vote. |

Though I wouldn't mind a repave, I wouldn't say it's was that bad. Glen, did you race Grattan before the repave? Now, that was trial for your ribs and tooth fillings. Of course, a GingerMan repave should come with a caveat, that being that they don't use the same asphalt they used in the new section. That new stuff eats tires like I eat chili dogs. |
