It could be either of the companies you guys have offered?
I researched the DiamondShield, it cost 40% more (on-line price sheet) than the product I was referring.
A lot of teams had all tried the Avery Products on our cars before and switched back to the 3M product until introduced to this mystery tape???
There are a number of products (Companies) that would do exactly what we want (protecting our graphics and paint). I was just offering the knowledge I had from the INDY CARS on the best bang and the best buck. |

that diamond stuff doesn't look like an cost effective solution...
It would almost be cheaper to just replace the decal set...  |

| I always used the 8m tape. It was clearer in the long term and less expensive than the 14m |

| Wow, the responses from numerous karters about protecting the kart graphics was overwhelming. If anyone has anymore ideas or comes up with any better products than the helicopter tape let us know. |

| Thanks Martin, I have told the painter he better keep a good supply of the 2" available for the kart racers. The INDY CAR & ALMS guys are big in the 1' and 12" |
