Are you sure about it being badged Lotus? I've not heard of it nor can I find anything with an internet search.

LOTUSKARTS.COM
THE ONLY IMPORTER FOR LOTUS KARTS IN THE USA RIGHT NOW IS HERE IN MIAMI AND I BELIEVE I MIGHT BE THE ONLY ONE WITH ONE FOR NOW. THEY ARE MADE BY LOTUS WITH THE HELP OF WILDKART.

As far as I know they are Wildkarts, rebadged with slightly different cosmetics. Looking at the homologation sheets, that appears to be the case. Take a look at these for example...

Lotus Jimmy C32 Homologation
Wildkart FY32 Homologation

Nothing wrong with that mind you, most "parent" brands have child ones with varying degrees of similarity. Examples (not an exhaustive list)..

CRG: GP, DR, Mojo, Kali.
TonyKart: Exprit, Kosmic, Trulli.
Birel: Monza.
Arrow: Omega.

Oooo, I've always wanted a Lotus. If it's priced less than or equal to a Yugo, I'm in!
