| I've only shaken down my karts there since renting a garage so this is just a starting point. I ran 12-82 on both and was hitting 13,000 rpms. The track is very smooth and I was on two-session old Bridgestone YKCs - so there is more grip to be found which may or may not impact the gearing. I think with more mechanical grip the gearing would be very good... maybe a tooth or two either way depending on weather. |

We did 4 sessions, all with different gears in Rotax Jr.
Started with 12/76, ended with 13/75. The best lap was with 13/75 (51.2), but a lot more time on track would tell what is the gear choice, as that was my son first time on track.
Juniors, in average, 4-5 teeth from Masters. As you can see, it is very different from 12/82. You will find yours when you test.
