First, get in the kart and weigh it again. (unless you are a Junior 1, it looks pretty light)
Make sure the front and rear tires have the same roll out (distance around). Also check that the front and rear ride heights are equal from side to side.

If you get similar readings, find out why they arnt equal from side to side. The numbers you show have a lot of cross weight and would make for poor sprint handling. You also have a little more than 45% front weight, but I think driver will bring that down. 43% with driver and fuel is a good starting point.

write all this down in your setup notes, esp as you find ways to change the numbers.

Jay,

Not good at all. Unless your steering wheel was turned, you have a problem and that kart will cost you a fortune in tires and frustration. It's hard for me to believe that the right rear is less that the left. As far as what to change, be sure you start with new tires, 30psi, check the runout (circumfrence), check your camber, front and rear ride height, track widths are even and get back on the scales. You could have a frame issue (that's what I had) or a bent spindle?

Where is Gary Hartman when you need him? You definatly need to get your stuff together. Are there weights on your kart? What is your min. weight? What class? Soooo many factors here. Give people a better idea of what you are looking for. Someone will come to your aid. Hang tight...

Related question....
On a shifter, with the driver in a kart, what weight are we looking for, is left equal to right? What is the fron/back percentage.
Thanks.
